I'm an end-to-end product designer that enjoys the relationship between qualitative and quantitative information. I take business aspirations, combine them with human insights to design beautiful, scalable solutions. I get excited when truly understanding the user and seeing how my work impacts lives globally.
I think the secret sauce to building great products is highly aligned, motivated and resilient crossfunctinal teams. Throughout my career, I have found that I’m most satisfied when helping teams and individuals achieve their goals and creating healthy cultures for thriving.
When considering people to work with, I look for value driven and product or design led companies who want to make the world a better place. I thrive when collaborating with engineers, product people and SMEs.
My partner Bec and I are affectionately known as "Byrcov". We challenge each others ideas, practice radical candour and generally give life a red hot go.
I've been playing sports since I can remember - especially team sport. I love the competition, teamwork and camaraderie to achieve success. ⚾️🧗🏻♂️🚴🏼♂️
Some people bury their alias from when they were younger. Not me. It's part of me. I get trolled a lot for it, but I don't mind. I still use it a lot.
